NRVCL STAFF 7 week private session

In an effort to recognize and support you, the staff of The Yoga Junction are eager to offer a private lunch time class just for you, the employees of Community Links. The session will be 7 weeks long, it will start September 17 and run through and include October 29.

Here are the details:

• the class style will be a gentle stretch and restore taught by myself and my lead teacher who has 12 years experience teaching, over 1000 hours of training and is certified specifically in restorative yoga and its ability to soothe the nervous system to reduce stress
• it will be held Tuesdays 12:05 - 12:55 (50 minutes classes)
  
• in an effort to make it accessible, I am offering this session to you for $78 for all 7 classes.

We need 12 people to register in order to run this class so if you are as excited as we are, please encourage your colleagues to come and try what we are offering. This is an inclusive space, for all levels, from beginner to experienced practitioners where you decide what feels good, what meets your needs for the day.
